Associate Broker
Casey believes that educating a client and building trust is the best way to overcome fears and apprehension. A full-time realtor since 1985, he and his team treat clients like family and friends, placing their interests’ first, combining honesty, competence and care and provide an understanding to each seller and buyer of the various steps and procedures along with their own comprehensive service process. After growing up in an Air Force family and moving every year as a child, Casey settled in Arlington in the mid 1970’s and has lived in the Arlington Forest community since 1984 with his wife Colleen, daughter, Sarah, and son, Evan. Both Colleen and Casey are musicians and have performed and recorded in various venues in the in the Washington DC area for over 35 years. Casey is an accomplished pedal steel guitarist.

A native of the Washington DC area, Joe Hurley holds a Masters Degree from Georgetown University in Real Estate Development. His consulting approach is rooted in the fact that very few professional relationships are as personal as helping a client buy or sell a home. He strives to earn his clients' trust and prove that he is on their side without question. Since joining the Casey O'Neal Team in 2007, and through hundreds of real estate transactions, Joe has reflected the high standards that Casey has set for himself and his team.

Jennifer grew up in Northeast Ohio, and has lived and worked in Northern Virginia for the last 12 years. Jennifer is a graduate of The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business Honors Program and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. Her previous professional experiences include corporate marketing, sales, coaching and publishing. Jennifer strives to provide her clients with the insightful market analysis, unparalleled customer service and clear communication. Jennifer joined the Casey O’Neal Team in 2018 and shares Casey’s dedication to honesty, teamwork, competence and caring. Jennifer enjoys spending her free time outside and has a passion for traveling, literary fiction and cheese.

Cherie Turner is originally from New England and grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and loves raising her two Daughter’s Brooke and Ava. She gained a lot of mortgage experience at her time at EverBank and has always been interested in real estate. In early 2014, she joined the Casey O'Neal team and began working as a Virtual Assistant. She loves being a part of a team that makes its client #1. Cherie works as a Client Service Representative for our team and always has our clients best interest in mind. With each call and client interaction her goal is to provide world class service. We Bought & Sold with Casey and Jennifer
Casey and Jennifer were a pleasure to work with. My wife and I had owned our home for 16 years, so we were a little rusty. They met with us and patiently explained how the process of selling a home has changed with the advent of smartphones. Many buyers look at homes on their phones through apps like Zillow. This meant that we needed to stage our home and repaint the interior a neutral color that looked great in pictures. We followed their advice faithfully. They had 40+ beautiful photos shot and a video that they posted online. There were no extra charges for all of this work. The result: We had a contract at our asking price in less than a week!
They also really shined in the buying process. My wife and I wanted to downsize to a two car garage townhouse in Arlington or McLean, which are both very competitive markets with a very limited supply of townhouses. Nevertheless, they were tireless in finding what we wanted. After taking us to several open houses, Jennifer found one that was perfect and only 2 blocks from the metro. At the time, I was actually living in another state and my husband was overseas,however, they worked with us through unconventional methods (for example,allowing my parents to do to the initial walk-through with me on Skype) to make it as if we were in the area.
As new home buyers we were quite inexperienced on the whole process but they both worked so hard to make sure everything went smoothly. They thoroughly explained every part of the process, what to expect,and readily answered every question we had - which was a GREATLY appreciated.
Joe and Casey always seemed to be one step ahead and prepared for what was coming next, all the way from identifying houses that fit our needs through closing.
