My Husband and I worked with Casey O'Neal and Joe Hurley to purchase our first home in Alexandria. At the time, I was actually living in another state and my husband was overseas,however, they worked with us through unconventional methods (for example,allowing my parents to do to the initial walk-through with me on Skype) to make it as if we were in the area. As new home buyers we were quite inexperienced on the whole process but they both worked so hard to make sure everything went smoothly. They thoroughly explained every part of the process, what to expect,and readily answered every question we had - which was a GREATLY appreciated. Joe and Casey always seemed to be one step ahead and prepared for what was coming next, all the way from identifying houses that fit our needs through closing. The amount of experience and dedication they brought to the table was invaluable and I wouldn't consider working with anyone other than them in the future.
Casey has tremendous knowledge of the Arlington VA area, which was of great help in deciding our price point. Pricing the house is the key to selling it quickly. We moved my property in less than a week.
We worked with Casey and his colleague Joe Hurley to buy a new home and sell our previous home in a short time frame. On the buying side, they helped us deal with a challenging seller and get to the finish line. On the selling side, they helped us price right to sell in just a few days on the market. Both Casey and Joe are level headed, relaxed, and very easy to work with.

On our last home sale my wife and I were so busy we could not manage all the work needed to prepare the property for sale. Casey is a terrific seller's agent. He provided valuable insight and advice on selling my home and backed that up with well-presented and easily digestible data. He was thorough in explaining the process and his strategy for marketing. Most importantly, he was responsive and made sure every detail was addressed. In particular, he guided me on what work to undertaken prior to putting the house on the market based on his many years of experience working in the neighborhood. I cannot say enough good things about Casey's assistance. He earned his commission! Also, Evan was terrific assisting Casey, particularly organizing a great open house and preparing the house for the photographer. Casey and Evan are a great team!
This is the second time we have worked with Casey. We Decided to go with him a second time because of the excellent service and guidance he gave us the first time around, and we were very glad we made this decision. As usual, we benefitted from Casey's knowledge of Arlington and Alexandria, and of his experience in bringing deals to a fair and efficient close. We also worked with his associate Joe Hurley, who lived up to the same high standards as Casey. They were both very patient, helping us navigate a difficult sellers’ market to find the property that was right for us, and offering useful solutions at critical points in the process.
