Casey and Jennifer were a pleasure to work with. My wife and I had owned our home for 16 years, so we were a little rusty. They met with us and patiently explained how the process of selling a home has changed with the advent of smartphones. Many buyers look at homes on their phones through apps like Zillow. This meant that we needed to stage our home and repaint the interior a neutral color that looked great in pictures. We followed their advice faithfully.
